Children

For small children, one tablet two to three times a day is a good average. For babies, add half a capsule (or half a crushed tablet or half a teaspoon of powder) to a small glass of apple juice.
 

Pregnancy

Marcus Rohrer Spirulina® is ideal during pregnancy or if you are breastfeeding. If you were already taking Spirulina before you were pregnant, just carry on taking it; you may even take a little more. If you are pregnant and it is the first time that you are taking Spirulina, build up the dose slowly.
